I am a University of UOC, information technology engineer. I am a dedicated, efficient, enthusiastic and well-organised individual, and a great team-worker. I love technology, that's what I started fixing computers and all kind of support roles came after. My goal is to become better everyday working as an System and DevOps Engineer.

Keeping Helpdesk Technician role as a background and backup position, I am actually working as a Sysadmin Administrator focused on the production servers and including devops task for new business needs. I have been taking care of security aspects in the company, domains managing, web sites, voip phone systems and accounts. Actually I am managing more than fifty dedicated servers running many kind of services
I worked as a Helpdesk Technician maintaining the whole IT equipment and offering support to employes locally and remotely between the offices. The duties included hardware and software administration for workstations and for servers located in the server room. All troubleshooting was given for Windows, Mac and Linux computers and servers
I worked within a small and very succesful team as Family Room Specialist job position for Apple in the retail store located in the shopping center of Marbella, Spain. My main duties included technical support of iOS Apple devices,managing conflicts resolution, hardware and software repairs. Other duties included Apple products personal and group training as well as managing appointments for services provided at the store.
I worked as an IT Administrator in “Diario SUR” Main’s Málaga newspaper. During my time here, I had to handle and manage information technology processes for press releases. Duties inlcuded helpdesk support, servers administration on data center, remote and phone issues support, mainly given to Windows users but with some support for Macintosh and linux users and servers. In addition, support was given to several type of press design tools.
I worked within the IT Department as a Corporate’s Applications Administrator. My main duties included support and helpdesk for several version control tools such as IBM Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest, Subversion, TestLink. Other duties included server backups, updating, managing of previous tools mentioned and others such as Tomcat, Apache web servers, proyect managing tool such Atlassian Jira and team colaboration software like Atlassian Confluence. In addition, I helped my department in tasks solving workstations and network issues with engineers workers.
I worked in this small renewable energies company , mainly as a web and advertisement designer , designing presentations, leaflets and documents. As a second duty I worked as an IT technician. I was responsible for maintaining the computer systems including workstations and printers, web portal, local area network and a repository Samba server
